Great dialogue, moral ambiguity, backstory, and the way he blames the Courier for how his actions have shaped so many peoples lives, including his own, while being unaware that he's also shaped the lives of many, including the Courier's, through all the DLCs.ДЄnd ED-E. Then there's the riot gears, making the warheads go explody bang bang, the way you can pick up loads of high-level gear and repeatedly rinse the commissary terminals for 6,000 caps (I always feel like I end up back in the Mojave richer than frigging House).ДЄnd then there's Ulysses. I also really liked the horror / jumpscare aspect of the tunnelers jumping out from a hole behind you and utterly murking you while you're concentrating on the two or three in front.

The intentionally linear nature makes it stand out from the rest whereas I felt that Honest Hearts and Dead Money intended to go for open-world gameplay, but just ended up being linear anyway (DM didn't really have that much to explore apart from nabbing all of Dean's stashes and in HH I came across most of the non-quest stuff on the way to quest checkpoints anyway). I like them all different flavours for different times but Lonesome Road for sure is my fave.

The one thing GRA fails at is that the weapon mods are not interchangeable with vanilla counterparts, which would have completely negated the need for GRA specific versions of weapons like the AM rifle or the 5.56 AR. I mean, it would be nice to see those extra few weapons out there, but it's hardly something I lose sleep over. If you discount these, there are a whopping four new non-unique weapons that could have been distributed as loot or carried by NPCs. Most of them are uniques, or just straight up copies of vanilla weapons that were only included to allow for extra weapon mods. It wouldn't make sense for them to just randomly appear on some low tier raider in the middle of no where. It's officially described as an 'elite class' and 'exclusive cache of armaments' that 'doesnвЂ™t come without a price'. I'll admit I (mostly) made the comparison to throw shade to OWB, but in terms of the enjoyment I got out of them, GRA and OWB are at least equal in value.

So without the DLC Weapon Integration mod you may as well just not have it installed since it doesn't do the one thing it's should. All its weapons are just missing from the level lists without mods so you never find them as loot or see enemies/ npc's using them.
